Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aid certification preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RN/LPN

As an RN/LPN you provide quality care and the best nursing practices for our patients. You assist unit managers and charge nurses as well as visit each unit to evaluate overall performance or complete other appropriate evaluation summaries. To provide quality nursing care, you assess residents, make daily rounds, delegate work assignments, instruct coworkers, make recommendations, and perform needed treatments on patients. Maintaining all shifts and work, you assist with scheduling and even make suggestions for hiring, disciplining, and evaluating staff. You help with budgets, maintain open communication, and ensure we are always being safe and meeting the best care objectives.  RN/LPN QUALIFICATIONS

A nurse with a current AL license, with no restriction Long term care (LTC) experience
